God Bless the Lady...
Tuesday, November 6, 2007

Today had soccer training in the morning.
Something bad happened.
We are supposed to run past Firefly and back to outisde the gym.
My friend the knocked into the friendly, cheerful and sweet old lady.
She is a cleaner in our school, and I used to greet her and talk short conversations with her in the canteen whenever I meet her.
And she layed on the floor. With thick blood. And my friend was supporting her. Ambulance was called. She closed her eyes. But I was told that she responded to us by moving her legs. Everyone was very sad for her. We all just hope that the nice old lady will be fine. I saw a round object on the floor. Maybe its a stone that caused her to slip and fall? Maybe it was from her body parts? It was a longan. With blood all over it. It made me even more sad. Its not that it was gross, I am not disgusted by the amount of blood, but I imagined her morning. The white haired skinny old lady came to work this morning. Having a longan in her hand. Something simple that will make the old lady happy. Something sweet that can be a good start to her day. But when she was about to consume it, something so bad happened to her. It was not her fault, not anyone's fault. She clearly do not deserve it. She is just an old lady who tries to earn some money by going to work. But this is what happened to her. I felt so bad. The whole morning.
I asked Zac to lead a prayer. Amen. When I got home, I offered joss stick to Guan Yin and prayed for the old lady to be fine and recover soon. I try to do anything that I can. Just to wish that she can stand up and lead her normal life again. She still have a long happy way to go. I know that. God, please be fair to her.
She is now in Intensive Care Unit at National University Hospital. It was a standard procedure to go there. So she is good. I hope to visit her soon. Anyone who read this post, please, pray for her wellness. I appreciate your help.
Get Well Soon.

What a title. haha. Went to JP at 11am to buy present for Keli's birthday and a farewell gift for Ms Lang. She is leaving S14! sob sob. She transferred to the head quarters, something like a stepping stone to higher rankings. There must be a surprise factor, so its my turn to unleash my creativity again!

Firstly, we approached Ms Lang to sing Keli a birthday song. After singing, we will present Keli her present, which is a white handbag. Then, I asked the class to sing the song again...

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to MS LANG!~" She was shocked! she was beside me with her shocking face. Then she said it wasn't her birthday. We know, teacher! Then Ivy presented her our gift of appreciation, which is a pencil holder that says "No. 1 Teacher" and a pink notebook. She was very touched and said wanted to cry. haha. Then comes quote of the day...

" When the opportunity comes, you have to take it."

True, I think. I've grown to this stage that I have to make important decisions that will affect the rest of my life. That includes career, relationship, and friends.

When we left the lecture hall, Ms Lang asked what is my ambition. I told her that I want to either be a pilot or a businessman working in a big company. She suggested me to be a salesman because I like to talk a lot. Who doesn't? haha.

Linking to my ambition, I have an ambition for life. I like to maek people happy, especially the one I loved. When I see her happy, I felt important and crucial to her life. But its all my thinking, not hers, maybe? Let nature take its course?

When to Jeremy's penthouse after school to kind of have a 07S14 gathering. We ordered lots of pizzas and his mother (who does not, in anyway, looks like a mum, of at least 2 children, one the same age as me! ) made some sotong balls and chicken wings. Nice. haha.

His house is the top story of a condominium. Its private stairway leading to an open air garden, equipped with a BBQ pit. Fantastic for gatherings. Great view too, perfect for some mind clearing sessions, or just a simple chat with girlfriend. I'm thinking too much. haha. I hope to have such a house too. Thanks Jeremy!

Happy Birthday KELI! All The Best Ms Lang!
