Hi everyone! I'm back again! haha due to the "lack of commitments" i have nth better to do and tot of updating my blog.haha
lets start with movie reviews!
WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS
okay on friday i went to catch the movie "What Happens in Vegas" with my new found bestie! haha her name is May *clap clap* and we watch it at Bukit Batok cinema. The show had some level of humour, sweet romance and i tot it was a good mixture. both leads have the chemistry between themselves and its an essential when it comes to romance comedy. the leads have to create both the romantic but-at-the-same-time funny environment. they did it =)
overall, although the show wasnt a multi-million blockbuster, the storyline(and cameron diaz) alone is quite worth my money and time. for those who wanna catch it, try not to watch the trailer first close to a half of the jokes are in the trailer.(i think)

MADE OF HONOR
alright this show is like a more matured one, and it tackles the chicken-and-egg question of : can a male and female be JUST best pals?(as said in 8 Days) the overall question of this movie is to go or not to go, for the guy to get the girl he always take for granted. i would say the storyline was kinda expected, but still nt any less entertaining. ( i have a bias towards romance-comedy haha) one positive abt this movie was the setting. from a busy New York City to a full-of-hweeling countryside of Scotland it was very pleasant to watch. if u have no time for 2 movies, choose what happens in vegas =)

MAN OF THE YEAR
well my friends and i were suppose to watch this show but they were too busy drinking so again,like the other two shows, i watched with May =) one thing that i very appreciate about this show is the way the show is presented. it has a half talkshow half interview half storytelling kinda feeling (i know 2 halves makes 1, but u know my eng...) which was very refreshing and "new". the show also brings back the memories of Saturday Night Live with tons of random jokes. although the show is mostly about politics, it wasnt a serious show at all. having a comedian character as a lead, i'm sure u know what to expect. jokes her jokes there jokes everywhere,the older and knowledgable u are, the more you will enjoy this show as some jokes may not be easy for little kids. i had watched the trailer before watching this dvd, and the trailer did his job, tempting u to rent the dvd but not showing everything, like in
What Happens in Vegas. i would very much like to vote for the lead. =)

haahaa this wasnt a movie title, but let me introduce her to u guys reading. i met her during the night of JJ Talentime 2008 and her good friend turns out to be my Bannister leader and May and i often take the same bus 198 to sch. she was very chatty, active and nonsense. (tats y she can be my good friend) shes also outgoing,easygoing, crazygoing. haha. we took long slow random walks at night after our movies and just talk about everything under the moon. we pinky hooked to be each other's bestie for our lives=)
i believe down the road we will be enjoying each others company very much. we already planned holiday trips and many more restaurants to visit! we planned to visit Scotland, Chicago and a japanese restaurant in ang moh kio. haha. if u happen to read this, i will say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING HERE FOR ME! happy to be your bestie =)

i am very happy the way things are going now
not tied up, freedom,live my life

one that is not too heavy, but significant
